  • Full entry inspection with photos before the tenancy commences.
  • Rent management and collection with a zero-tolerance policy for arrears.

Maintenance

  • Arrange maintenance with trusted local tradespeople and provide after-hours service for urgent matters.
  • Coordinate routine services for heat pumps/log burners/septic tanks etc.
  • We also review and manage rents to ensure rent remains at current market levels.

Property Inspections

  • Routine inspections of your property every 12 weeks and providing you with a full detailed report including photos.
  • Recommend remedial works as required.
  • Provide a property maintenance overview.
  • Smoke alarm functionality tests.

Trouble Shooting

On the rare occasion issues arise, either with the property or within the tenancy, our property managers co-ordinate a solution ensuring landlord and tenant comply and are responsible for their obligations.

End of Tenancy Management

When a tenancy ends, we

  • Handle all the exit notices/paperwork and conduct a full exit inspection.
  • Process the refund of the bond.
  • Coordinate in-between tenancy cleans and maintenance if required.
